Jessie Carter started with the City on 11 January 2021 as Community Development Officer (Recreation & Health) at just 24 years old, and has quickly established herself as a leader at the City.. Jessie has a passion for building the capacity of our facility user groups, for working collaboratively with internal staff, and for being innovative in the way she delivers on the outcomes and actions she is responsible for.
