Neal has a strong track record in guiding recreation projects from concept to completion, ensuring that facilities meet community needs while staying on budget. In this webinar, Neal will lead an in-depth discussion on the three critical phases of construction projects in the recreation sector: developing comprehensive project documentation, navigating the procurement process, and overseeing construction to ensure financial and operational success.
