Golf is changing, participants are becoming more diverse, younger and we’re seeing more women and girls enjoying the sport. This is because facilities are becoming more welcoming, and offering golf in a way people want to consume it. Driving ranges, mini golf and simulators are becoming the most popular entry points to the game and creating a pathway to on course golf. Our facilities are transforming into community hubs where people come to gather and enjoy quality food and beverage offerings alongside their golf experience.
Â
Hear from the Golf Australia team as they highlight success stories from facilities around the country who have embraced the Community, driving diverse demographics into these facilities. Attend this webinar to learn about the ways your Council can transform your golf facilities into community hubs.
Â
Attendees will:
- Gain insights into the current participation data in golf, how we’re seeing more participants off course than on course and the reasons behind this.
- Learn how Golf Australia is breaking down barriers to a great on course experience and how women and girls are being welcomed into the game.
- Understand how Golf Australia can support you in your golf facility journey.
