Her career spans over 20 years in events and corporate partnerships and during that time, Monica has worked in diverse industries, including local government, media, not-for profit organizations, and professional sports. Monica was an integral part of the Perth Glory Football Club, where she held the senior leadership role of General Manager, Commercial. Her work in elite sport has enriched her understanding of high performing organisations, team and individuals. Monica is passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.
