Urban Forest Strategy – December 2013-2028

The Urban Forest is an integral part of Darebin contributing environmental, amenity, human health and well-being benefits. Given the current pressure on our “green assets–Y due to climate change, medium density development and maintenance requirements, a focused effort is required to ensure the ongoing success of our Urban Forest. The Urban Forest Strategy will increase liveability and provide a greater ~Ac^AEUR^Azconnection to nature–Y by building partnerships with the community and other key stakeholders to explore opportunities for planting in the City of Darebin.
