This Master Plan outlines the direction for the management of Queensland’s protected areas, referred to collectively as “parks”, over the next 20 years. This is a strategic document, to be complemented by an Implementation Plan and more specific strategies developed in consultation with the community to provide staff and the community with blueprints for
advancing park management.
