National Horticultural Centre Feasibility Study

In the early 1990s a good deal of effort was expended in exploring the feasibility of a National Horticultural Centre at Wantirna, on Burwood Highway in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, thisVictoria. The broad aim of one consultancy by Coopers and Lybrand was to assess the financial viability of the concept and its component activities and develop, if appropriate, a strategy and structure whereby they can be drawn together on one site at Wantirna.
