Illyarrie POS B is a 21,000 m² hilltop playspace in Sinagra for Stockland, celebrating retained tree canopy and Lake Joondalup views. Endemic plantings, salvaged grass trees, and recycled site materials anchor a sculptural, community landscape where families gather to explore nature, enjoy lookouts, and play within a uniquely local setting.
