Play is a process that is freely chosen, personally directed and intrinsically motivated. Blue Mountains City Council worked with the Mount Victoria community and is delighted to now be able to offer such a range of fun, delightful, safe (but challenging), play opportunities to a broad spectrum of abilities within the heritage setting of Mount Victoria Park.
