Hayley has excelled in developing and delivering initiatives to support Volunteers in Golf. As the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, she coordinates 1,000+ volunteers at national events, leads innovative projects like the Volunteer Summer of Golf promo and Volunteers of Australian Golf storybook, manages the volunteer newsletter, and drives recognition programs including National Volunteer Week and the inaugural Volunteer of the Year award. Hayley’s leadership, communication, and sector advocacy make her a pleasure to work with and advocate for sport, parks and leisure industry.
