Submission Overview
The Aintree Major Town Centre UDF sets a clear vision for a vibrant, climate responsive urban hub combining retail, housing, community facilities and quality public spaces. Leveraging natural assets like Kororoit Creek and existing vegetation, it delivers green corridors, active transport links, over 3ha of open space and a people focused street network, creating a lively, connected place for a growing community.
