Submission Overview
Rhodes Recreation Centre (RRC) is a transformative 9,200 m² multi-level community, sport and wellbeing hub located within the Rhodes Central master-planned precinct. Delivered through a $97 million Voluntary Planning Agreement between the City of Canada Bay and Billbergia, the Centre addresses significant service gaps in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing urban communities. Rhodes Recreation Centre integrates indoor sport, fitness, early learning, allied health, community spaces and cultural activation into a single destination designed to strengthen community health, wellbeing and connection.
