Jordan Caffery is the Aquatic Operations Team Leader at Armadale Fitness & Aquatic Centre (AFAC). Jordan is responsible for a team of 60 lifeguards and senior lifeguards and the overall operation of the aquatic space at AFAC. Jordan has placed a strong emphasis on staff training and development, providing inclusive facilities that provide equal opportunities to potential staff, and as an emerging leader has made effort toward numerous initiatives towards these goals.
