When celebrating 'The People Behind the Places' it is difficult to look beyond Dale Morrissy. Dale embodies a sense of community, collaboration, inclusion, creativity and support in the leisure and recreation domain. He has devoted thirty-seven years to providing places and opportunities for everybody in the community to prioritise health, wellbeing and social connections. Dedicated to ensuring facilities are safe, accessible and contemporary while providing friendly environments and efficient service Dale has also created a diverse staff culture imbued with respect, trust and collaboration.
