Thanks to all who joined us on our virtual tour of Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre, Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star, 100% renewable energy powered, zero greenhouse gas emissions aquatic centre. Winner of the Parks and Leisure Australia (Vic/Tas) Community Facility of the Year Award and Environmental Stewardship Award for 2023.
We were lucky to hear from Brimbank City Council as they discussed how the project came to life, while Williams Ross Architects spoke to the design and ESD initiatives, and ADCO on the construction of the centre.

It is Australia’s first all-electric leisure centre, and first indoor leisure centre to achieve a 6-Star Green Star Design & As Built rating.
