Welcome to the Baldivis Pole Walking Group For Seniors: Parks Week event!
Join us for a fun and active morning at Arpenteur Park as part of Parks Weeks 2025!
Date: Wednesday, 5th March, 2025, 8.30 AM
This free community event is perfect for seniors looking to stay active, socialise, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you're an experienced pole walker or trying it for the first time, we welcome everyone - including those who may have difficulty walking. Each participant walks at their own pace, completing as many laps of the oval as they feel comfortable with. Our regular walkers typically do between 1 and 15 laps, taking breaks as needed. Walking poles will be provided.
After the walk, we invite you to join us for a releaxed coffee catch-up at Steel Tree Cafe, located across from the oval.
