Bay Pavilions Arts and Aquatic Centre. Eurobodalla Shire Council (ESC) is a regional council on the New South Wales coastline, attracting more than 1.4 million tourists annually. In 2021, the ESC received $59 million in state and national funding to develop the new Bay Pavilions, with an additional $10 million funded directly by ratepayers. Bay Pavilions operated by Aligned Leisure, opened on 4 June 2022 and has been an incredible success, as highlighted throughout the submission.
