Bicycle Plan

The Knox Bicycle Plan was adopted by Council at its August 2008 Council meeting. The objectives of the plan were to: consider the progress of bicycle facility implementation since the last bicycle plan review; identify underlying principles for future development; consider the community’s needs; develop new programs for bicycle facilities; and encourage and support the increase in the use of bicycles as a means of transport throughout the City of Knox.
