Cycling and Walking Plan 2009 – 2013

The Kingston Cycling and Walking Plan 2009 – 2013 provides a snapshot of the current status of the Kingston cycling and walking facility network and raises opportunities for further enhancement of the network. It also details strategies and actions that Council can examine over the coming five years to ensure that the network is progressing in accordance with state and federal objectives for cycling and walking facilities, as well as local needs and demand.
