Asset management guide: sport and recreation facilities

This guide contains a series of practical tools to assist with the development of an Asset Management Plan for a facility. It covers the financial and economic requirements of asset management and the treatment and management of risk and liability. Practical examples and appendices have been included to demonstrate how asset management principles can be applied to enable the continued provision and maintenance of key assets with a greater level of sustainability. The appendices can be adapted as needed to reflect a particular organisation’s needs.
