So you want development approval to set up a private trail bike park?

“A Guide to the Development Application Process for Trail Bike Site Developers”.

It is a companion to two other guidelines, one that explains how to design, construct and manage a trail bike riding area; and another directed to local governments to assist them in drafting a planning scheme which will cater for trail bike riding.
