From 3rd to 8th September 1995, the International Federation of Park and Recreation Administration (IFPRA) will hold its 17th World Congress in Antwerp (Belgium) at the invitation of the Flemish Federation of Park and Recreation Administration. The theme for the congress will be: ‘Ecological aspects of Green Areas in Urban Environments.
